Within Australia, FOC Box sends parcels via Australia Post service so please allow 3-10 business days for delivery.
A signature is required upon delivery! If there is nobody home to sign for the parcel, a notification card will be left at the delivery address advising that the parcel can be collected from a nearby Post Office.
For deliveries to a hospital, please provide as much information as possible such as Hospital, level, ward and room number. Also make sure they haven't been discharged or will be discharged by the time the delivery gets there.
Express Post: $16.00 (via Australia Post) – If order is placed before 12pm we guarantee 1 to 2 business days delivery if address falls within the Australia Post Express Post network

Please note: Orders returned to FOC Box due to incorrect address, failure to collect from Australia Post Outlet, will incur a re-shipping and re-delivery fee.
We do not offer International Shipping
Late Deliveries: Refunds will not be given for late delivery. FOC Box will not be held liable for late delivery outside of Australia Posts stipulated delivery time frames. We endeavour to ship your order promptly and without delay. If a delay does occur, it is often during transit which is outside of our control. In the rare case of not receiving your parcel within the anticipated time frame, please contact us at email@example.com and we will follow up.
Prices & Payment
All prices on the website are in Australian dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice.
The amount payable to FOC Box for an Order (Order Amount) will be the total of the following amounts:
the sum of the price of each Gift Box ordered as indicated on the website at the time of submitting the Order ( Subtotal);
- the cost of standard delivery is free and Express Delivery is a flat rate of $16.00
- prices shown on this website are inclusive of GST
You must pay the Order Amount by credit card, PayPal or Afterpay...American Express is not excepted.
FOC Box gifts & Wrapping
All FOC Box gifts boxes will be packed into a recyclable cardboard gift box with recyclable shredded paper to protect the protects. Tied with a black ribbon and gift card for your personal message.
The cancer support gift box is then placed into another recyclable cardboard box for extra protection.
FOC Box takes pride in carefully wrapping and packaging all gifts so that they are not damaged in transit to the recipient. If an item is damaged in transit, it will be replaced once the damaged item is returned to us.
A note for the recipient will be hand written on our gift card, therefore required details must be written in the note box on the checkout page.
Please dispose of the packaging thoughtfully.
Cancellation of Orders
Cancellation of orders must be made within 24 hours prior to dispatch. We cannot accept cancellations under any circumstances once the order has left our premises. Once an order has been cancelled within the time frame the purchase amount will be refunded via the payment method used for the initial purchase.
Damaged Parcels or Items
In the unfortunate event of a damaged or faulty package or item, FOC Box will arrange for a replacement gift or item to be sent to your recipient within a reasonable time frame. Please contact FOC Box at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receipt of the gift with details of the damage and we will discuss the best way forward.

In the event of products being damaged in delivery you can return the items. All products are checked for quality before dispatch and while we do our best to ensure that the product is delivered to you in perfect condition, the product may be damaged in the delivery process. Should this happen you can return the damaged items and we will re-send the product and pay for the return and additional postage charges. In the case where the product is sold out we will offer a full refund.
To arrange a return, seek a refund, replacement or exchange, you must email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain prior approval. Please include the senders details and recipients details and reason for the return. Unless faulty, FOC Box will not bear the costs of all domestic return shipping.
