What payment methods are accepted on the FOC Box online store?

FOC Box accepts payments for online purchases via Visa card, Mastercard, Afterpay and Paypal.

Can I include a personalised message with my cancer support gift?

All gift boxes include a gift card, and customising it is simple. During the checkout process, enter your message into the allocated field, and your personalised message will be handwritten the card and included with your gift box.

Can I create my own gift box?

Absolutely! Email hello@focbox.com.au and let us know which selected products (min 2 products) We will be selling individual products down the track. Wooohooo!!

When will my gift box be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch within 24 hours Monday to Friday.

Can I track my order?

Yes, we will send you a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Do they have to be home?

**Please note - all online orders require a signature on delivery. We are not able to leave the delivery unattended if your special person or someone not at the delivery address at the time of delivery the parcel will be left at their local post office for their collection.

Orders are shipped through Australia Post

How long will the order take to arrive?

We dispatch all orders within 24 hours (Monday to Friday) from Williamstown, Vic. Your distance from us will determine how long your parcel takes. Also please be aware that high season such as Christmas your parcel may take longer to arrive. This is all out of our control and we try to get you your purchase out as soon as we can.

What delivery options are available?

Standard with Shipping with signature is available on all orders Australia Wide free of charge.

Express Shipping with signature is available Australia wide for a flat rate of $16.00.

Shipping to international countries is not available.

What information do I need to provide for delivery to a home address?

Please include the recipient's name, full address and contact phone number. Please also include your own name, address and phone number in case we need to contact you. If you want to personalise your message, please include the details in the message box at checkout.

Do we deliver to PO boxes?

Yes. We offer a door to door delivery service with Australia Post and deliver to PO Box addresses.

What if my friend doesn't like their gift?

We have a fuss-free returns policy. If your friend is not happy, we are not happy. Just email us hello@focbox.com.au, and we will sort out what to do next.

What are your cancellation policies?

Cancellation of orders must be made 24 hours prior to dispatch. We cannot accept cancellations under any circumstances once the order has left our premises. Once an order has been cancelled, the purchase amount will be refunded via the payment method used for the initial purchase.

In the unfortunate event a gift box has been damaged during the delivery process please contact us hello@focbox.com.au to organise for the gift box to be returned, and a replacement gift box will be dispatched.

There are no returns for change of mind and refunds will only be given as required by law.

Liquor Information

Any alcohol featured in our care packages is designed to be delivered as a genuine gift to a person and does not exceed two litres. The gift is packaged and presented in such a manner that it is taken to be a gift. The gift can only be delivered to another adult who is not the purchaser. For all gifts with alcohol included, please ensure that the recipient is aged over 18 years and is available to receive the delivery.
